Meet Shana Contois, Channel Development Manager
Shana Contois joined Aspect in May 2024. She brings over 20 years of experience in the customer experience (CX) industry.
A lifelong resident of the Northeast, Shana grew up in Upstate New York and Maine before attending college in New Hampshire. She currently lives in Boston with her husband and 7-year-old daughter.
Shana's career in technology began when she was recruited out of college to work as a Sales Development Representative at Cabletron Systems. Prior to Aspect, she held roles such as Marquee Account Manager at NICE and spent 9 years in various sales positions at Avaya. Shana often credits her small-town upbringing for developing the skills to build long-term relationships in the tech industry.
Outside of work, Shana loves golfing, cooking, reading, and spending summers on Cape Cod with her family. Her favorite quote is from Dr. Seuss: “Sometimes you will never know the value of something, until it becomes a memory.”
